Ang tuge ay isang uri ng lamang ugat na inaani lamang noon sa panahon ng pista ng Santa Maria. Nakasanayang nabibili sa paligid ng simbahan kaya't karaniwang nagiging pasalubong ng mga namimista sa Santa Maria sa tuwing pista ng La Purisima Concepcion.

Malutong. Malinamnam. Katakam-takam. Ang Chicharon ng Bayang Santa Maria. Ang sitsaron ay isang uri ng pagkaing Pinoy na gawa sa balat at taba ng baboy na ipiniprito sa kumukulong mantika hanggang sa tuluyang lumutong.
